摘要
在pH=10的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液介质中,镉试剂在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下与β-环糊精(β-CD)的褪色反应,据此建立了新的测量β-环糊精的光度法。结果表明,褪色后体系的最大吸收波长540 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.05×103L.(mol.cm)-1,β-环糊精浓度在0~1.6×10-4mol.L-1符合朗伯比尔定律。可用于β-环糊精的测定。在最佳条件下,镉试剂与β-环糊精形成1∶2的包合物。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of β- based on the effect of the fading reaction of cadion with β - Cyclodextrin in the -Cyclodextrin was developed, which was prence of cetyhrimethylammonium bromide ( CTMAB), in a medium of borax - sodium hydroxide buffer solution. The results showed that after the fading, the maxi- mum absorption wave length of the system was 540 nm and its apparent molar absorption coefficient was 2. 05 × 10^3 L . ( mol . cm) - 1 under this experimental conditions. When the mass concentration of β - Cyclodextrin was in the range of 0 -1.6 mg/L, it accorded with Beer's law. This proposed method can be used to determine the β- Cyclodextrin, and the inclusion between cadion and β -Cyclodextrin was 1 : 2.
