摘要
重金属对于水源和土壤的污染严重地危害着人类的健康。定量检测重金属离子浓度在环境监测、废物管理和临床毒理学等方面有重要的应用。重金属离子的传统检测方法灵敏度高但是费用昂贵,需要专业人员且需要在实验室内完成。近年来蓬勃发展的生物传感器由于具有特异性、廉价、方便使用和可实时在线测定而具有广阔的应用前景。
Pollution of ground water and soil with toxic heavy metals posed a serious health risk. The detection and quantification of heavy metal ions were important in many applications, including environmental monitoring, waste man- agement and clinical toxicology. Conventional analytical techniques for heavy metals were precise but suffer from the dis- advantages of high cost, the need for trained personnel and the fact that they were mostly laboratory bound. Biosensors had the great potential for the advantages of specificity, low cost, ease of use and real time detection.
