摘要 兰州石化公司24万吨乙烯装置裂解气压缩机停车主要原因有机械密封的失效;机组结焦严重导致机体能耗过大,从而导致停车检修。本文通过大量实际论证改造工作,对裂解气压缩机进行级间注油改为注水,有效降低机体结焦;对密封形式进行改造,由机械密封改造为干气密封,确保压缩机的长周期运行。 The major causes of the mechanical ene plant cracked gas compressor was mainly due to energy consumption was too large, causing the stop working of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company 240,000 tons ethyl- the mechanical seal failure. Serious parking slagging causes the body to the overhaul. Through a large number of the actual argument renova- tion work, turbined of cracking gas compressor for interstage oil instead of water, the coking was reduced effectively. Transformation of the seal form, by the mechanical seal for transformation of dry gas, the long period operation of the com- pressor was ensured.
