高含硫气田介质流型对湿天然气管线腐蚀影响

摘要 湿天然气输气管道腐蚀情况是高含硫气田防腐研究的重点内容。本文以四川某高含硫气田湿输天然气管道为对象,通过流速、雷诺数计算并依据曼德汉流型图判断管内介质流型。与现场无损检测数据对比,给出介质流型对腐蚀情况的影响,结果表明,在层流情况下管道下部易发生局部点蚀和坑蚀,且流速越小腐蚀情况越严重。 Corrosion of pipeline with wet nature gas was the key content of high - sulfur gas field anti - corrosion re- search. Taking one high - sulfur gas field in Sichuan for study, whose flow pattern in the pipeline was determined by cal- culations of flow rate and Reynolds and Mandhane flow pattern maps. Comparison with NDT data by on -site testing, it showed that the localized pitting and corrosion pits would be taken in lower pat of the piping under the laminar flow. The corrosion rate was inversely proportional to flow rate, maybe under the low flow rate the corrosion products were difficult to be taken away, under- deposit corrosion, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion appeared in this case.
