摘要
广州乙烯装置扩能改造后,丙烯塔出现高负荷运行操作状态不稳定,回流罐液位难以建立,产品质量不合格,塔釜丙烯损失较大等问题,通过分析,判断进料组分偏差、塔的液相流通量低是导致操作困难的原因,采取优化系统操作、改造塔釜采出线、降低回流比等措施,实现了丙烯塔高负荷下的稳定运行。
After the transformation and expand of Guangzhou ethylene installment, there were the problems of propyl- ene tower operating status not unstable under high load, establishing the baekflow pot fluid position with difficulty, unqualified product quality, the tower cauldron propylene loses and so on. Through the analysis, the judgment feeding component deviation and the low tower liquid phase circulation was the reasons made the operation difficult. Adopting the optimized system operation, the transformation tower cauldron reflux ratio and so on measures, the propylene distillation tower had the stable operation under high load.
