摘要
应用显微红外光谱技术分析了经不同浓度硫酸处理后纤维素分子结构的变化,通过对红外特征谱带吸光度和位置的分析,证实经酸处理后纤维素的分子结构发生了变化。当硫酸质量分数达到15%时,纤维素分子链遭到严重破坏。由此可见,应用显微红外光谱可以准确地对纤维素分子结构变化进行分析和表征。
The macromolecule structure of cellulose after different concentration acid treatment was studied by FTIR microspectroscopy. Through the analysis of absorbance and position of characteristic IR bands, the changes of the macromolecule structure have been proved; Most of the molecular chain of cellulose was damaged at 15% concentration acid treatment. The experimental results show that the FTIR microspectroscopy is a powerful tool in the research of the macromolecule structure of cellulose.
