摘要
在牛皮纸生产中,用聚丙烯酰胺增强剂来替代两性淀粉提高纸的干强度,对比几种聚丙烯酰胺类增强剂的使用效果,并选用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺增强剂LX进行了中试试验。通过试验发现,在保证成纸原有干强度的前提下,增强剂LX用量为5kg/t纸时,可替代两性淀粉8kg/t纸,同时阳离子松香胶用量降低了2kg/t纸,硫酸铝用量降低了22kg/t纸,吨纸成本比现有工艺可降低38元。
In the production of kraft paper, the paper dry intensifier Polyacrylamide was used to take place of the amphoteric starch. Several kinds of polyacrylamide were compared, the PAM LX was used in the pilot plant test.By the experiment, on the base of ensuring the original dry strength, when the amount of the LX is 5kg/t paper, it can reach the effect of the amphoteric starch used in 8kg/t paper. Meanwhile, the amount of the cation dispersing rosin latex decreased by 2kg/t paper, the amoum of aluminum sulfate decreased by 22kg/t paper. The cost of ton paper reduced by 38 yuan than the existing process.
