摘要
通过SF6分解产物检测技术,判定了2例SF6GIS内部绝缘故障,经过解体检查,验证了判定的正确性,分析了该技术目前存在的主要问题,提出了SF6设备故障诊断中SF6分解产物分析的判定原则及检测技术研究建议。
The insulation faults inside two SF6 GIS equipments are discovered with the detection technique of SF6 decomposition prod- ucts. Mter strip inspection, correctness is Verified, and the main shortcomings of the detection technique is analysed. The detection principles and detection technique research for the SF6 decomposition products are proposed.
