摘要
二炉一塔配置脱硫工艺烟气系统设备多、系统复杂、阻力大、能耗高。单台炉引风机与增压风机串联运行,两炉的增压风机并联运行,这种联合运行方式使得脱硫烟气系统启、停操作复杂,旁路挡板的开、关相互影响,对炉膛负压干扰大,运行调节控制要求高。介绍了运行操作控制要点、注意事项。分析了常见故障如增压风机振动、GGH堵塞、除雾器结垢、吸收塔浆液品质恶化、脱硫效率下降、石膏品质差等,有脱硫内部原因、外部原因,也有运行、维护、管理不善等问题。
The process system of desulfurization for the eortfiguration of two furnaces and one tower are equippext with many equipments concluding complicated systems, large resistence, high ener~ consumption. Series and parallel operation mode is applied b-,vtween boiler induced draft fan and desulfurization booster fan. There are interactions during the start-up and stop off operation of two furnace gas desulfurization system and bypass damper, which interferes the negative pressure of furnace seriously, so it calls for strict requiremerits for the operation and adjustment control. This thesis introduces the main points of operation and matters need attention, it also analyses the common faults: booster fan vibration, GGH jam, scaling of mist eliminator, quality deterioration of absorber of serous, declined efficiency of desulfurization and bad quality of plaster, these phenomena are caused by internal, external and designing problems together ~th the defects of operation, maintenance and management.
