单流环密封油系统调试技术要点及异常分析

Commissioning Technical Essential and Abnormal Analysis on Sing-ring Type Seal Oil System

根据氢冷发电机组配备的单流环密封油系统的结构特点,结合某电厂新建机组密封油系统调试过程及积累的调试经验,综述了该系统的调试技术要点,分析了在系统启动、调试过程中易发生的几个异常情况及产生原因,由此提出了相应的预防和处理措施,减少了发电机进油、氢气品质下降及大量补氢等故障,可供同类型发电机组单流环密封油系统的调试及运行参考。

Based on the structural features of the hydrogen-cooled generator set with single-ring seal oil system and the cumulative ex- periences of commissioning, and trial operation process of seal oil system for a new power plant, the key commissioning technical essentials of the system are summarized in this paper and the reasons for the main anomalies generated of the system during start-up commissioning process are analyzed. Furthermore, the prevention and treatment measures for these anomalies are put forward, which could reduce the anomalies occurrence such as oil-entering into the generator, hydrogen quality dropping or large hydrogen complement. And the study could provide guidance to some extent for the commissioning and operation of the same type of seal oil system of the generator sets.
