高压直流输电系统中光可控硅阀正反向保护原理研究及故障预警

摘要 本文依托贵广直流输电工程深入分析了光可控硅阔正反向保护原理、反向恢复期保护脉冲时序、BOD动作原理及故障预警信息,为高压直流输电工程技术人员分析判断光可控硅阀控系统故障、保护动作机理提供理论依据,同时也为光可控硅阀控系统的运行监测及状态检修的开展奠定了基础。 This paper described the concepts for implementation of the forward and recovery period protection, BOD firing protection level, and the light pulse during the recovery period and failure message. The paper also provided lots of data for the thyristor control and monitor (TC&M) system failure analysis and studied of protective implementation, meanwhile it established a basis for TC&M sys-tem monitoring and the condition-based maintenance.
