知识经济时代,企业在竞争中制胜的决定因素是人才。基于岗位胜任能力人才评价是人才队伍建设的关键环节,是员工科学配置任用的重要辅助手段,它为人员招聘提供重要依据,为薪酬激励和绩效管理提供支持,为员工职业生涯发展服务。构建由人才评价支持体系、人才评价流程、人才评价应用体系组成的人才评价体系使得人才队伍建设更具针对性和实效性。
In the era of knowledge economy, talents had been the winning factors for enterprise competition. Meanwhile position com-petence and talent evaluation system had been a key link in the process of talent team construction, and also had been one of important auxiliary means for scientific configuration and appointment of employees. That system provided the important basis for the recruitment, and provided support for salary incentive and performance management, and provided service for staff career development. So to built talent evaluation system which consisted of talents evaluation support system, talents evaluation process system and talent evaluation ap-plication system, it must make the talent team construction more targeted and effective.
