摘要
2011年09月中国南方电网超高压输电公司提出了班组安全文化建设实施方案,此方案中提出建立"四不三鼓励两表扬一追究"安全信息自愿报告系统。该系统对于处理班组未遂管理中的各种矛盾提供了有效的手段,经过一年的现场应用,效果良好。本文对电力企业文化在班组未遂管理中的作用进行了分析,并提出相应的应用建议。
CSG EHV Transmission Company put forward the teams' safety culture construction and implementation plan on Sep 2011. This scenario proposed to construct safety information voluntary reporting system. The system provided an effective way to handle the various contradictions in teams attempted management. After a year of field application, the effect is so good. The paper analyzed the effect of power enterprise culture roling in teams attempted management and put forward some advices.
