摘要
2007年建成的境外某电厂码头防波堤多次遭到破坏并已出现缺口,致使港内码头无法正常作业,并进一步危及基础设施的安全,2010年由中国承包商对该防波堤的破坏部分进行紧急修复和整治。结合本工程所处海域的波浪、潮流等复杂水动力条件和泥沙运动活跃的自然条件,重点分析导致防波堤破坏的原因,在现场调研和相关模型试验研究论证的基础上,提出合理可行的防波堤修复方案。截止2011年底防波堤缺口修复工作已基本完成,整治效果良好。
An overseas power plant terminal was constructed completely in 2007. Since the breakwater that shields the power plant terminal was damaged time after time, the fissures of breakwater influenced the normal operation of the terminal. Furthermore, it endangered the relevant infrastructure. In 2010, one Chinese contractor started to renovate and regulate the damaged breakwater. Based on wave, tide and other complicated hydrodynamic conditions as well as active sediment movement within the engineering sea area, the cause for breakwater damage was analyzed in detail. In accordance with field investigation, research and argumentation of relevant model test, a feasible breakwater renovating plan was put forward. By the end of 2011, the renovation work was almost completed and a good effect was gained in practice.
