钒钛磁铁精矿优化配矿试验研究

摘要 为应对近年铁矿石价格上涨,烧结成本上升的状况,采用价差法、单烧法对攀钢使用的铁矿石进行了利用价值评价,为经济配料提供依据。在满足高炉炉料结构与炉渣成分的条件下,增加价格较低的A矿配比,减少价格高的D矿与E矿配比等6组配矿方案进行了实验室烧结试验,结果表明,随着A矿配比上升,对烧结矿产量、固体燃耗、成品率产生了不利影响,对转鼓强度、烧结矿粒度产生了有利影响,同时低温还原粉化率逐步恶化,还原度略有改善,软化与熔滴性能变好,而模拟高炉炉料结构条件其熔滴性能变差,需采取强化措施。 The utilization value of iron ore of PanGans' was evaluated that provided reference for economic matching ore with price difference method, a sort of iron ore sintering method in order to reply the condition of iron ore price rising, sinter cost increasing in the recent years. Under the sistuation for satisfying burden structure and slag component, with 6 groups schemes of matching ore proportion as raising lower price A ore, reducing higher price D ore and Eore, the laboratory sintering experiment result showed that along with the A ore proportion increasing, the worse effect to the sinter output, solid fuel consump- tion,finished product rate were generated, and advantageous influence to tumbler index, sinter fineness were made, moreover low-temperature reduction disintegration worsened gradually, reducibility improved slightly, softening-meking dropping property became better, but it changed bad by simulating locale burden structure condition, taking strengthening measures is necessary.
