摘要
攀钢1450热轧板厂在2011年引进了多功能凸度测量仪,由于凸度仪厂家未提供数据采集存储功能,工艺人员无法对轧制带钢的板形数据进行处理分析,热轧板厂基于此原因,开发了凸度仪数据采集及应用系统。描述了凸度仪的基本结构,叙述了系统网络组成、软件设计结构及主要功能。该系统自2011年投入使用后,运行稳定、可靠,为热轧板厂板型工艺质量分析提供了数据基础及手段,显著提高了热轧的产品质量。
1450 Hot Strip Mill of Panzhihua Steel introduced multi-function measuring instrument in 2011, because manufacturers profile gauge does not provide data acquisition and storage function, process analysis of personnel not on rolling strip data processing, based on this reason, hot rolled plate factory developed convexity instrument data acquisition system and its application. This paper describes the basic structure of the profile gauge, describes the system composition, network structure and main functions of the software design. Since the system was put into use in 2011 ,stable operation, reliable ,provide the data basis and means for hot strip plant shape analysis of processing quality, improve the product quality of hot rolling.
