Application of High-power Induced Polarization for Prospecting in a Mine Land

摘要 某矿区以铅锌矿矿种为主.物性测试结果表明,铅锌矿的极化率比围岩高得多,为本矿区的激电找矿提供了良好的地球物理基础.采用大功率激发极化法对该矿区进行中梯扫面,对激电数据进行处理绘制相关异常图件.对异常分析发现,该矿区的已知矿脉带上均有明显的激电异常,并发现了几处新的异常带,取得了很好的效果. The mine land mainly contains lead-zinc ore. The result of physical characters tested in the laboratory showed that the polarizability was much higher than its surrounding Rocks, it provided well geophysical foundation for IP prospec- ting in this area. This paper shows how to use High-power IP to prospect this mine land, the data was processed, and rela- tive plots were drew. Position of the known mine belts was found with obvious abnormity and some new abnormal belts were disclosed. Good effect was gained.
