摘要
针对2012年上半年韶钢8高炉炉况波动大,尤其是渣皮脱落频繁,很难形成相对稳定的操作炉型,对高炉操作带来了很大困难.为此,通过对高炉布料制度的优化、下部送风制度调整、合理的炉温控制、稳定和提高原燃料质量、加强炉前出铁和铜冷却壁温度及软融带根部的控制等措施,找到了适合的高炉操作制度,形成稳定的高炉操作炉型,实现了炉况稳定顺行.
Status fluctuations occurred at SGIS' s No. 8 blast furnace in the first half of Year 2012, it was difficult to form a relatively stable operation, which greatly made blast furnace operation difficult. So, by adopting the measures such as BF load distribution system optimization, adjustment to the lower part of the air supply system, reasonable control of the fur- nace temperature, stability and improvement of fuel quality, and strengthening iron and copper cooling wall temperature control, a suitable system of blast furnace operation has been found which helped form a stable operation for the blast fur- nace and achieve stable furnace conditions.
