我国青年志愿服务组织在构建和谐社会的过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。文章通过对青年志愿服务组织参与社会管理的现状进行分析,剖析青年志愿服务组织所面临的困境,探究青年志愿服务组织如何与政府发挥联动作用,发挥自身组织动员优势,有效整合社会资源,从而有效介入社区建设管理、协调城乡社会融合、维护社会和谐稳定等社会管理领域,在社会自治各个领域发挥积极作用。

The youth volunteer service organization plays an essential role in constructing a harmonious society in China. With the discussion of the current situation of the youth volunteer service organization in social management, the paper analyzed the dilemma the youth volunteer service organization faces. Meanwhile, it explored the co-effect the youth volunteer service organization plays in cooperating with government, participating in community construction management and coordinating the integration between urban and rural areas, as well as maintaining social harmony and stability.
