摘要
以食用菌栽培的实践教学改革实践为基础,讨论了食用菌栽培学教学体系中教学内容、教学方法和手段、考核方法方面的改革探索和实践.加强学生进行菌种资源的开发、科研设计及撰写论文等能力的培养,重点打造我校生物技术本专科学生创新型、创业型人才的教学模式,并取得了较好的改革效果.
Based on the teaching reform and teaching research on experimental teaching of edible fungi cultivation, a probe is made into the teaching system reform of edible fungi culture in terms of teaching methods, content, means and the evaluation mechanism. Efforts are stepped up to cultivate students abilities in the strain culture development, the scientific research design and thesis writing with focus placed on the development of teaching pattern for producing innovative graduates and entrepreneurship-minded students, which has produced satisfactory results in the teaching practice.
