介绍了玉钢450 m3高炉配加钒钛矿冶炼情况,分析了使用该矿后高炉冶炼规律及对高炉生产指标的影响。冶炼实践表明,钒钛矿冶炼关键是维持合适的炉温,吹透中心、活跃炉缸,才能使高炉长期稳定顺行。
The smelting situation that compounding vanadium titanomagnetite in 450m3 blast furnace in Yu Steel is introduced, and the smelting pattern after compounding this ore and the effect on blast furnace production index are analyzed,. Smelting practice shows that the key of vanadium titanomagnetite smelting is to maintain appropriate furnace temperature, to blow through the center, to active fur- nace hearth for a long - term stable operation.
