多效唑对马铃薯3个品种的原原种贮藏效应研究 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】为寻求一种简单有效的延长马铃薯原原种贮藏期的方法。【方法】在自然条件下,用不同浓度多效唑对中薯2号、费乌瑞它和米拉3个品种的马铃薯脱毒原原种进行不同时间的浸种处理,测定影响贮藏效果的相关形态和生理指标。【结果】结果表明:各浓度处理组都能不同程度的延长了种薯的贮藏期、减小了重量损失、抑制了种薯的芽长、降低了POD活性、提高了可溶性糖含量,以PP333在25mg/L,处理时间为40min时与CK组比较效果极显著,其中以米拉表现最为明显中薯2号和费乌瑞它次之。【结论】各品种的种薯对多效唑浸种处理的浓度和时间都表现出一定差异,贮藏期随浓度的增高、浸种时间的增加而延长,但处理时间过长导致种薯顶芽生长受到强烈抑制,因此推荐多效唑使用浓度为25mg/L,处理时间为20min。 [Objective] In order to find a simple and effective method by which the storage of potato pre-basic seed can be prolonged. [Method] Virus-free pre-basic seeds of potato variety "Zhongshu 2", "Favorita" and "Mira" were dipped in different concentration of Paclobutrazol (PP33a) under different times, and then stored at the normal temperature to research the effect of PP3a3 on storage by test morphological, physiological indexes. [Results] The results showed that each concentration group could lead to the extension of storage, the reduction of weight loss, the shoot-length inhabitation of tuber, the reduction of POD activity and the increase of soluble sugar content. Compared to CK, the difference reached significant level under 25 mg/L, 40 min treatment and "Mira" showed the most obvious, then "Zhongshu 2", "Favorita". [Conclusion] Treatment for too long can cause strong terminal bud-growth inhibition of seed potato, so the use of 25 mg/L PP333 concentration and dipping 20 mins is suggested for the tuber storage.
