双极膜电渗析制备琥珀酸 被引量:6

Production of succinic acid using bipolar membrane electrodialysis

摘要 采用三室型双极膜电渗析从琥珀酸钠制备琥珀酸,考察了电流大小对电渗析过程中操作电压、琥珀酸浓度、电流效率和能耗等技术指标的影响.在2.0 A的最佳操作电流下,对1 L浓度为0.5 mol/L的琥珀酸钠进行处理.实验结果表明:产生的琥珀酸质量浓度可达52.55 g/L,平均能耗为3.24 kW·h/kg,电流效率可达88%. Succinic acid is recovered from sodium succinate solution using bipolar membrane electrodialysis with three compartments.The influence of current for operating voltage,current efficiency,energy consumption and yield concentration of succinic acid are studied.The results showed that the yield concentration of succinic acid could exceed 52.55 g/L,the electric energy consumption is about 3.24 kWh/kg and the current efficiency is about 88%under the optimum operation current of 2.0 A for 1 L 0.5 mol/L sodium succinate solutions.
