摘要
锌液净化除钴过程反应机理复杂、工艺流程长,锌粉和砷盐的添加凭人工经验设定,造成锌粉的大量浪费,甚至导致净化后液中钴离子浓度超标。为此,从现场实际出发,深入研究净化过程的工艺机理,提出净过程优化操作系统的设计方案,开发优化操作指导软件,确保出口杂质离子浓度达标,并降低了锌粉添加量。
Zinc solution purification for cobalt removal is a very complex and long process. The additions of zic dnust and arsenic trioxide are controlled according to the experiences of the workers, which perhaps cause serious wastage of zinc dust and much cobalt residues in the zinc solution. In this paper, the mechanism of the zinc solution purification process is re- searched. On this basis, the software of the optimal operation system is developed. The concentration of the impurity ions is insured and the consumption of the zinc dust is decreased.
