摘要
介绍了碰撞仿真分析的流程,在前处理软件Hypermesh中建立了保险杠有限元模型,运用显示有限元分析软件LS-DYNA对保险杠的碰撞吸能特性进行了仿真分析,结果表明,保险杠吸能特性较好,提高吸能盒的吸能量可显著提高保险杠的比吸能。
The process of crash simulation analysis is introduced. The finite element model of a aluminum bumper is estab- lished on Hypermesh. The collision energy absorption characteristics of a bumper are analyzed based on the finite element a- nalysis software Ls-dyna. Results show that the bumper energy absorption characteristic is good. Increasing the energy absorp- tion of the box can significantly improve energy absorption of the bumper.
