摘要
随着特种工程塑料行业的发展,聚四氟乙烯得到了越来越广泛的应用。在成品的加工过程中有的需要二次加工,探讨了一种新的聚四氟乙烯板焊接方法基于焊接原理,通过改进和试验及夹紧装置的阐述,使焊接后的焊缝强度、断裂伸长率达到原板的物理力学性能80%以上。
As the development of the special engineering plastic industry, PTFE gets more and more extensive application, and some PTFE need secondary processing in the finished processing. In this paper, a new method of PTFE plate welding based on the principle of welding is discussed, by the improvement, test and the discussion of clamping device, the weld strength, elon- gation at break could get more than 80% of physical and mechanical properties of the original board.
