摘要
截割头是掘进机的工作机构,其主要的失效原因是截齿的损坏,因此对截齿进行科学合理的定位尤为重要。笔者在Pro/E 5.0软件环境中,利用骨架模型和族表等功能,对截齿座的各个定位参数进行调整控制,便于产品优化和载荷计算。
Cutting head is the working mechanism of road header ; damage to pick is the main cause of failure. Therefore, a scientific and rational location of picks is particularly important. In this study, by using the skeleton model and the family ta- ble function in Pro/E 5.0, the positioning parameter of each pick seat could be adjusted. The product optimization and load calculations become more convenient.
