摘要
随着生产技术的发展,企业对物料的要求也随之增长,因而对筛分机械的性能也提出了一定的要求。得出振动筛的模态参数对振动筛的使用者和设计者有很大的帮助。利用锤击测试系统对振动筛进行测试和分析,得出振动筛的前10阶模态参数及振型,并分析出其在不同频率下的振动状况,为振动筛的研制、结构的改进和故障检测提供了一定的依据。
With the development of modern production techniques, materials also increase along with growth, and thus the performance of screening machinery have more requirements. Modal parameters of shaker on modal analysis will be very help- ful to vibrating screen users and designers. Using the hammer test and modal analysis to obtain the top ten modal parameters and modes of vibrating screen. And the vibrating screen structure modal parameters are got at different frequencies. The data also could provide a certain degree basis for the development of the vibrating screen, the improvement of the structure and fault detection.
