摘要
通过分析手机底壳塑件的使用要求和结构特点,用Pro/E分模的方法,完成了模具的结构设计,阐述了模具分型面的选择、浇注系统的设计、模具成型部分和总装结构的设计等。经生产实践验证,模具结构合理、布局紧凑、生产效率高,塑件质量满足技术要求。
Tile mobile phone shell injection mold is accomplished by Pro/E ill this paper, which including the design of part- ing stMhce, feed system, moht molding part and final assembly strueture etc. Practice shows that the structure is feasible and the distribution is compact, the production efficiency is high. The plastic parts quality could satisfy the technical require- merits.
