摘要
针对最近几年数控技能大赛中出现的正弦线螺纹的车削加工,通过对训练题目中带有正弦线螺纹零件的分析,介绍了在FANUC0iMate-TC数控系统的数控车床上如何运用宏程序和G32指令,通过分层切削方法来实现正弦线螺纹的编程和加工。利用刀具的选择及宏程序,来完成零件的加工,缩短了加工时间,提高了加工质量。
For the turning of sinusoidal line thread appeared in CNC skills contest, by analyzing the slnusolclal line mreaO parts of the training topics, the method how to use the Macro program and G32 instruction on NC Lathe with the FANUC0iMate-TC CNC control system is introduced. The sine thread programming and processing are achieved by using the stratified cutting method. The parts are processed by using the choice of cutter and the processing of macro program. It shortens the processing time and improves the processing quality.
