摘要
对混捏机结构及原理、糊料状况以及易损件磨损机理等方面进行了研究、分析,针对原进口易损件成本高、货期长等不足之处,开展了国产化研制,同时对定齿局部不合理结构进行了改进,最终达到了降低运行及检修成本,提高生产效率和经济效益的目的。
The work principle, structure, paste condition and wear mechanism of continuous kneader are researched and studied in this paper. Because of high cost and other deficiencies of its original wearing parts, the localization improvements for the wearing parts are made, including modifying the defective structure of fixed teeth. So, not only the cost of continuous kneader is reduced, but also the production efficiency is improved.
