摘要
高校餐饮主要体现在食堂,食堂是学校形象的窗口,稳定的关键。高校食堂不同于一般的社会餐饮业,为非营利组织,其产品为准公共产品,具有自身特征,也同样面临着许多困难。稳定保障是高校食堂的首要任务,需要政府、学校、经营者和学生四者共同治理,探索建立起稳定保障长效机制,有利于师生身体健康和生命安全,有利于高校食堂科学发展,有利于高校和社会和谐稳定。
College catering mainly refers to canteen in university, which shows the image of a university and guarantees the campus stability. Different from other social catering industry, a campus dining hall is nonprofit and its products is Quasi Public Good. These features decide that college catering has some problems, which, if not well dealt with, will threaten the campus stability. The quality of the college catering requires the collaborative efforts from the local government, universities/colleges, management departments and students in constructing and carrying out the longeffect development techniques.
