摘要
延安精神博大精深,其丰富的思想内涵对学校如何卓有成效开展教学督导工作同样具有意义深远的重大启示和极高的借鉴参考价值,本文拟结合对延安精神丰富内涵的认识和理解,就其对学校教学督导工作的影响启示和适用价值进行一些粗浅的分析和探讨。
The rich ideological connotation is of significance for effective teaching supervision - guiding management in schools. Based on understanding of the spirit, this paper analyzes the impacts on effective school teaching superintendence.
