吸烟对高血压患者血小板聚集率和超敏C-反应蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨吸烟对高血压患者发生动脉粥样硬化和血栓性事件的可能机制。方法将136例高血压患者按照吸烟指数(每日吸烟支数×吸烟年数)分为4组,其中不吸烟者为0组,小于200支/年为1组,(200—400)支/年为2组,大于400支/年为3组,观察各组血压、血脂、血糖、心率、超敏C-反应蛋白水平,并利用光学比浊法测定各组血小板聚集率,观察各组间各项指标的差异。结果随着吸烟指数的增加,收缩压(SBP)、脉压(PP)、心率(HR)、血总胆固醇(,TC)、超敏C-反应蛋白(HsCRP)和二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、花生四烯酸(AA)诱导的血小板聚集率水平逐渐增加,各组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),而舒张压(DBP)、血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TC)水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),同时ADP、AA诱导的血小板聚集率和HsCRP与吸烟指数呈正相关(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论吸烟能导致高血压患者血小板聚集率和C-反应蛋白明显升高,且与吸烟指数显著正相关,可能是导致高血压患者发生动脉粥样硬化和血栓性事件的机制之一。
