粤港两地区域知识产权保护合作法律制度探析

Establishing a Legal System of Intellectual Property Protection and Cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong

针对粤港两地知识产权保护体系的构建初略地提出想法:在粤港地区开展知识产权保护有着良好的协议基础和众多机遇,同时也存在一些差异问题,在选择协议合作的发展模式后,从立法、执法、司法三个方面落实区域知识产权保护体系的构建。

This article is intended to give some ideas about establishing a legal system of intellectual property protection between Guangdong and Hong Kong. There is a fine agreement basis and lots of possibilities for developing intellectual prop- erty protection in both regions, while there are some differences in doing this. After selecting a proper developmental pattern of agreement and cooperation, it should realize the construction of the system of intellectual proper protection in the two areas in terms of legislation, enforcement and justice.
