推进高校国际学院国际化改革工作策略探讨——以广东外语外贸大学国际学院为例

Internationalization of Higher Education,Problems and Countermeasures:Evidence from International College of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies

广东外语外贸大学国际学院,从教师学生人员要素的国际化;课程内容与教学方法的国际化;财政来源的国际化;教育质量标准国际化等方面促进国际化办学水平提升。同时依托母体大学教师资源,传承母体大学育人文化;不断拓展项目,注重多元特色。在不断探索国际化办学水平的同时,需要关注如何促进学生国际化的双向交流;如何逐步提升科研交流合作的阶段性层次;如何促进教学评估体系的国际化等问题。

The internationalization of human resources of the faculty members and students, of the teaching materials and methodology and of the financial resources is the effort made by International College, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Our College depends on the University for tapping the whole of teacher resources, spreading the culture values and traditions, pushing ahead with a program-based cooperation with its counterparts overseas, valuing the multiple characteristics, and improving its internationalized teaching and quality education offered to students. While exploring the way to improve its internationalized teaching, it is necessary to attach importance to the reciprocal exchange of students, to improve in a step-by- step manner the academic communication and cooperation between our College and its counterparts overseas and to add to the internationalization of its teaching assessment system.
