摘要
以醋酸锌为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备ZnO粉体。利用X射线衍射谱、扫描电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪和紫外-可见光分光光度计分别研究不同煅烧温度下制备ZnO粉体的结构、形貌、缺陷和光催化性能。结果表明:样品在873K的煅烧温度下时具有完整的棒状形态,存在较多的缺陷,较好的结晶性且光催化活性最高,催化降解35min后,甲基橙降解率可达到98.95%。
The ZnO powders were synthesized by Sol-Gel method using Zinc Acetate as source precursor. And then the effect of calcination temperature on the structure, morphology and photocat- alytic performance of all the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning elec- tron microscopy (SEM), Photoluminescence spectrometer (PL) and UV-Vis spectrometer, respec- tively. The results showed that when calcination temperature is 873 K the samples display rod-like shape and have a great deal of defects and the highest catalytic activity. After 35 minutes irradiation, the degradation rate to methyl orange can reach 98.95 %.
