CS-g-HABP-co-AM共聚物的合成与紫外吸收性能研究

摘要 将2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮与丙烯酰氯合成2-羟基-4丙烯酸酯基二苯甲酮(HABP)中间体,然后使壳聚糖(CS)与HABP、丙烯酰胺采用自由基溶液聚合的方法合成一系列的高分子量的紫外线吸收剂。采用红外光谱(IR)和紫外光谱(UV)手段对产物进行表征,考察不同HABP含量对共聚产物的紫外线吸收性能的影响,结果表明随着HABP含量的增加产物的紫外吸收强度增加。产物在288nm、290nm处有较强紫外吸收峰。通过光稳定性测试,结果表明产物光稳定随HABP含量的增加而增强。 @@@@2‐Hydroxy‐4‐acrylate benzophenone ( HABP ) were synthesized by 2 ,4‐dihydroxy benzophenone (UV‐0) with acryloyl chloride .Then ,a series of polymer ultraviolet absorbers chitosan (CS)‐g‐poly(HABP)‐co -poly(acrylamide) CS‐g‐HABP‐co‐AM were synthesized by free radical co‐polymerization of CS with AM and 2H4ABP .The products were characterized by UV ,FT‐IR .The effect of copolymers with different HABP contents on the UV‐absorption increases with increasing 2H4ABP content .It was found that the products have broad ultraviolet absorptions at about 288nm and 290nm .The photostabilities of the products were evaluated via measuring the remanent percent‐age of UV‐absorption .Through the light stability test ,the results indicate that the product photosta‐bility with HABP content increases and strengthens .
