痰热清注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期临床研究

Clinical Study of Tanreqing Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Asthma

目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期临床疗效。方法:选择103例支气管哮喘急性发作患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组49例和对照组50例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上静脉滴注痰热清注射液。结果:治疗组有效率为95.92%,对照组有效率为84.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期效果肯定。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection in treatment of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods：One hundred and three patients with an acute asthma were selected.They were divided into the group treated with Tanreqing Injection and the control group in random.The clinical effect of two groups was observed.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in the control group.And the clinic control rate and the significant improvement rate of the treatment group were superior to those of the control one too.Conclusion：Tanreqing Injection is effective in treating the patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma.It could increase therapeutic effect and shorten the course.It is worth spreading in the clinical practice.
