中西医结合治疗胸外伤临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Thoracic Trauma

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗胸外伤的临床疗效。方法:53例患者根据病情及并发症给予对症处理,同时辅以复原活血汤治疗。结果:本组53例患者均治愈,其中并发失血性休克4例,急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)3例。结论:正确诊断、及时处理,视病情给予西医抗休克、手术,并根据病情辅以中医辨证施治,有利于提高胸外伤患者的治愈率。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of thoracic trauma.Methods：53 cases of patients according to the disease and complications of symptomatic treatment,at the same time with the restoration of Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of.Results：53 cases were cured in this group,in which 4 cases complicated with hemorrhagic shock,acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS） in 3 cases.Conclusion：Correct diagnosis,timely treatment,gives the western medicine shock,operation conditions,and according to the state of illness and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,is helpful to improve the cure rate of patients with chest trauma.
