中医治未病理论在慢性肾脏病各期的应用

Application of Following the Prognosis of a Disease in Each Stage of Chronic Kidney Disease

目的:探讨运用中医治未病理论在慢性肾脏病(CKD)各期的应用。方法:运用计算机、人工检索方法,对万方医学文献数据库、维普医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中近年来相关文献进行收集整理分析。结果:合理运用中医治未病理论,可在CKD早期减少蛋白尿,缓解激素引起的不良反应,在CKD中晚期清除体内毒素的同时,固本扶正,卫外抗邪。结论:中医治未病在CKD各期均可合理运用,提高肾脏病的防治技术,丰富中医内涵。

Objective：To investigate the application of following the prognosis of a disease in each stage of chronic kidney disease（CKD）.Methods：Use computer and artificial retrieval method to collect and analyze nearly articles from Wanfang medical literature database,Weipu medical literature database and China academic journal full-text database（CNKI）.Results：The reasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine following the prognosis of a disease can reduce proteinuria and alleviate hormone adverse reactions in early chronic kidney disease（CKD） as well as remove toxin in middle-late.Conclusion：Following the prognosis of a disease can be reasonable used in every stage of chronic kidney disease（CKD） to improve the prevention and control technology of kidney disease and rich connotation of traditional Chinese medicine.
