目的:探讨脑缺血耐受动物模型的特点及中药调节的机制。方法:查阅相关脑缺血耐受文献,分析脑缺血耐受动物模型的特点和中药调节的机制,并通过总结近年来具有提高脑缺血耐受作用的药物,分析药物的作用特点。结果:化学药物对脑缺血耐受的调节受到各种限制,中药在提高脑缺血耐受的作用上具有广阔前景。结论:具有活血化瘀和清热解毒功效的中药是未来研究脑缺血耐受的重点。
