高效液相色谱法测定地黄中梓醇及毛蕊花糖苷的含量

Simultaneous HPLC Determination of Content of Catalpol and Verbascoside in Rehmannia

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定地黄中梓醇及毛蕊花糖苷的含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相梯度洗脱的同时测定地黄中梓醇及毛蕊花糖的含量。以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 mL.min-1。结果:基线平稳,二者色谱峰分离度良好,方法学考察符合含量测定各项的要求。结论:高效液相色谱法可以为地黄含量测定提供参考。

Objective：To establish a method of determining simultaneously the Content of Catalpol and Verbascoside in Rehmannia by HPLC.Method：a gradient mobile system was applied to the measurement of the content of Catalpol and Verbascoside in Rehmannia at the flow rate of 1 mL/min.Mobile Phase was acetonitrile-0.1% H3 PO4.The UV detection wave length was at 210 nm and the temperature of column was 30°C.Results：The baseline was stationary and the chromatographic peaks of Catalpol and Verbascoside had a good separation.methodological study meet the requirement of determination.Conclusion：The method can provide a reference for the quality control of Rehmannia.
