滋阴清热、活血通络法治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变临床观察

Nourishing Yin and Clearing Heat,Activating Blood and Dredging Meridians Method Treatments for Diabetic Retinopathy Clinical Observation

目的:探讨滋阴清热、活血通络法治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:28例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者在合理控制饮食的基础上,运用此法进行治疗,1个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个月。结果:治疗2个月后其视力疗效情况有效率82.14%,治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及尿糖均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴清热、活血通络法治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效可靠。

Objective：To explore clinical observation of the TCM therapy for diabetic retinopathy.Methods：28 patients with diabetic retinopathy in a reasonable diet,on the basis of Chinese medical treatment,the formulas for a period of treatment a month,a total of two months.Results：After two months treatment of traditional Chinese medicine the vision effect of total effective rate 82.14%,fasting blood sugar after treatment,2 h postprandial blood glucose and urine sugar were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic retinopathy curative effect is reliable.
