玉丹参桂胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

Clinical Research of Yudan Shengui Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨玉丹参桂胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将160例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组100例和对照组60例。对照组应用常规药物抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用玉丹参桂胶囊治疗,每次3粒,每日3次,口服。观察治疗过程中的射血分数(EF)和脑钠肽(BNP)。结果:治疗组EF值和BNP水平改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉丹参桂胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Yudan Shengui capsules in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods：160 patients were divided into the treatment group（n=100） and control group（n=60） according to the random number table.The control group was given conventional drugs against heart failure and the treatment group was given additional Yudan Shengui capsule based on the control group,3 pills each time,3 times daily,orally.Observe the ejection fraction（EF） and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） in the treatment process.Results：The EF value and BNP improvement in treatment group were superior to that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Yudan Shengui capsules in the treatment of chronic heart failure is distinct.
