十五味肝胆舒丸治疗胆石症临床研究

Observation of Shiwuwei Gandan Pill in the Treatment of Cholelithiasis

目的:观察十五味肝胆舒丸治疗胆石症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按随机数字表法分治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用十五味肝胆舒丸治疗;对照组采用茴三硫胶囊治疗,30 d为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%;对照组有效率为66.7%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十五味肝胆舒丸治疗胆石症有很好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Shiwuwei Gandan Pill in the treatment of cholelithiasis.Methods：60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Shiwuwei Gandan Pill and the control group was given Anethol Trithione Capsules,30 d as one period of treatment,observation as two courses of treatment.Results：The effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 66.7% in control group.Compared the efficient of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shiwuwei Gandan Pill in the treatment of cholelithiasis has good clinical curative effect.
