白癜风胶囊治疗白癜风的临床研究

Clinical Study Baidianfeng Capsule on Treating Vitiligo

目的:探讨白癜风胶囊治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:将92例白癜风患者按随机数字表法分成对照组46例和试验组46例。对照组给予窄谱中波紫外线照射加卡泊三醇软膏治疗;试验组在对照组的基础上口服白癜风胶囊。观察两组的皮损疗效和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)。结果:对照组有效率为63.04%,试验组有效率为82.61%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗4周后、治疗8周后、治疗12周后的DLQI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的DLQI得分分级明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白癜风胶囊治疗白癜风疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of baidianfeng capsule.Methods：All 92 cases of vitiligo patients were randomly divided into control group of 46 cases and 46 cases of test group.The control group was given narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation plus berth three alcohol ointment in the treatment of oral test group;in the control group based on the traditional Chinese medicine capsule in the treatment of vitiligo.The lesions were compared between the two groups clinical dermatology life quality index（DLQI）.Results：The control group was 63.04%,the test group was 82.61%,the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;experimental group after 4 weeks of treatment,after treatment for 8 weeks,12 weeks after the treatment,the DLQI score were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）,DLQI score grading test group significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of treating vitiligo with baidianfeng is significantly.
