低品位含硒物料加压浸出生产实践

摘要 低品位含硒物料经过湿法预处理,控制终点酸度10g/L,主要杂质铜由5.25%降至0.67%;在最佳加压浸出条件下,控制浸出压力1MPa、初始碱度100g/L、反应温度125~130℃,硒浸出率90.35%、回收率93.02%,浸出渣金、银含量分别富集了5.7倍、4.0倍,浸出液经还原得到品位91.20%的硒粉。 By wet pretreatment, the control terminal acidity of low grade materials containing selenium is 10g/L, the main impuri- ty copper content is reduced from 5.25% to 0.67%. Under the optimum condition of pressure leaching, the control leaching pressure reaches 1MPa, the initial alkalinity is 100 g/l , reaction temperature is from125℃ to 130℃, the Selenium leaching rate reaches 90.35%, recovery rate is 93.02%, the enrichments of gold and silver in reaching residue get 5.7 times and 5.7 times separately, and the grade 91.20% of selenium powder can be obtained from leaching liquor after reduction.
