摘要
从铜阳极泥中湿法提取金银时会产生大量的铂钯置换后液。该置换后液经废水处理后外排,不但增加了生产成本,还不利于节能减排。将该置换后液返回分铜工序,利用其中的氯离子沉银、残酸浸铜,可在保证银沉淀和铜浸出指标不低于原生产工艺的同时获得较高的碲浸出率,并实现工艺水的循环利用。
A lot of platinum - palladium replaced solution is produced in the hydrometallurgical process of gold and silver extrac- tion from copper anode slime. The replaced solution is discharged after wastewater treatment, not only increasing the cost of produc- tion, but also affecting energy conservation and emission reduction. However, the replaced solution can be returned to copper separa- tion process, using its chloride ion and residual acid for silver precipitation and copper leaching, respectively. With the above new process, silver precipitation and copper leaching indexes are not less than those of the original production process, realizing higher Te leaching rate and water recycling in the process.
