ICP-AES法测定铜电解液中As、Sb、Bi、Ni含量

ICP-AES Method for the Determination of Arsenic,Antimony,Bismuth and Nickel in the Copper Electrolyte

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定铜电解液中的As、Sb、Bi、Ni元素含量的分析方法。确定了分析谱线、酸介质浓度的最优条件,研究了电解液中铜、酸基体效应影响。对方法准确度和精密度进行试验,结果表明:方法加标回收率为96.0%~100.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)小于1.4%,检出限小于0.02ug/ml。方法操作简便,分析速度快,分析结果准确性高,适合铜电解液中的砷、锑、铋、镍同时分析。 A method for determination of As ,Sb,Bi, Ni in the copper electrolyte by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP- AES) was established. The analytical lines were selected, the optimum conditions of acid medium content were determined, and acid matrix effect were studied. The test results showed that the accuracy and precision of the method : the method re- coveries were 96.0% - 100.8%, relative standard deviation less than 1.4% ( RSD, n = 11 ), and the detection limit is less than 0. 02ug/ml. The method is simple, rapid analysis, the accuracy of the results of the analysis, suitable for the analysis of As,Sb,Bi,Ni in copper electrolyte.
